Support System

Certain times you find yourself going through some really tough times like break ups, fights and abuse in relationships, a period in time where you feel so alone. I say to you now that you’re not alone. there are people around you that can help, you just need to have a good support system, one that works, People who will be there for you no matter what.
A support system is a network of people who provide an individual with practical, mental and emotional support. The people that have your back and give you their shoulders to carry. They cheer you up and help you achieve great things. Just like the body system, each part needs each other.  Confiding in a trusted family member or friend can be the first step toward building a system of support that will help you stay safe. For instant in abusive relationships, a family may be a great support system. Why? Because they may know you best. It’s no news that it can be really hard opening up to a family member, so we have the true friend’s support system. Friends who you can share thoughts with and are willing to go out of their way to help. The thing about great friendship as your support system is that there is the ability to be oneself, express one's feelings, and make mistakes without fear of judgment from the friend.  No man is an island.
